We were recently invited to review a casual dining-café called 'Pamphilos' in GK-1 (N-Block). It is a multi-cuisine cafe with scintillating and rocking music and also its proximity to the avant-garde promenade sitting gives it an opportunity to be a brilliant setting for private parties. From the moment you step in the café, you can see that the place speaks for itself. It is full of character, every wall, every corner and every seating area is different. You might feel like having a coffee and enjoy reading at one corner where there is a beautifully designed coffee table with petite floral couches, or you might get a lounge feeling in the other corner where the seating has been done in an abstract way.For some its European café and lounge ambience, For some its more English if you sit in the rooftop bar as its more like ding with beautiful triangular vineyers stuck all over the place and polished differently.

Pamphilos has done a great job for it's interiors, every artwork on every wall is been handcrafted and has been placed in such a way that you can admire at least one art piece from your seating area. With an abstract feel and jazz music to compliment the place, it is a perfect combination of lounge and café area. The moment you enter the rooftop area, the first thing coming to your mind will be Delhi winters. With an open space and greenery to compliment, it is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a sheesha in winters or evenings. There is also a party place at the rooftop which is good for 10-15 people.

DESSERTS: We tried the Crumbed Banana Caramel.
MENU: Pamphilos works on the philosophy of 'constant innocations', they work hard to provide something new to their customers every now and then. They have changed their menu twice in six months uptill now, and are planning on an another change for the new season to come. The menu is vast an includes some really interesting and different dishes and drinks.
MANAGEMENT: The management is good and knows their job.
STAFF: The staff is welcoming and knows the menu well enough to suggest you and help you with your choice.
FOODOSAURUS: Good food. Good music. Good service. Must try.
